B2L Partnership (B2L stands for Build to Learn) is comprised of two equity companies: Gracorp Capital Advisors Ltd. and HOCHTIEF Concessions AG. The industry partners responsible for designing and building the schools are Graham, Bird Construction Company, GEC Architecture, and Gibbs Gage Architects. Maintenance and renewal will be performed by Honeywell Limited (Canada).

Gracorp Capital Advisors Ltd. (Gracorp) is a creation of the employee-owners of Graham, dedicated to infrastructure development and long-term project delivery and management. Gracorp manages the Connor Clark & Lunn GVest Traditional Infrastructure LP, an equity fund where Graham employees have made personal investment commitments.
